Thank you for shopping with LogikPuzzle. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Speedy Processing: We process orders very quickly. While we'll do our best, changes or cancellations are typically not possible once an order is placed.

Requesting Changes: To inquire about a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@LogikPuzzle.com.

Fulfilled Orders: Once an order has been fulfilled (i.e., your package is on its way), we cannot process cancellations or refunds.

Refund Processing Time (for eligible cancellations):

PayPal: Typically instant.

Credit/Debit Cards: May take 2-7 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items received.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

Reporting Damaged/Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to info@LogikPuzzle.com within 48 hours of receipt.

You must include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.

No Return Needed: For confirmed damaged or defective products, a physical return is generally not required.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund:

Customer Errors: Mistakes made by the customer during ordering (e.g., wrong model, quantity, or product type).

Post-Purchase Cancellation: Cancelling an order after the purchase has been finalized and paid on the platform (unless agreed upon before fulfillment).

Damage due to Incorrect Use: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper product use.

Return Process (for eligible items, e.g., if a return is specifically requested):

Once your return is received and inspected, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.

Mandatory Trackable Service: For all returns, you must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items returned without a trackable service.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide clear and correct shipping and billing information when placing an order.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package does not reach you due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, LogikPuzzle will not be held accountable and cannot offer a full refund.

Reshipment: In such cases, we can reship the item to the correct address, but you will be responsible for covering the new shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that shipping fees (if any) and transaction fees are non-refundable.
